Refund Policy

Digital service activation

Paid plans provide time-limited access to digital research tools and usage credits. Users must review the selected plan, price, features and limits before submitting payment. Access is activated after payment verification.

General refund position

Because access and digital service capacity are made available immediately after activation, payments are generally non-refundable once a plan has been activated or used, subject to applicable law.

Duplicate or incorrect payment

Contact support promptly if the same transaction was charged more than once or if payment was verified but access was not provided. Each request is assessed using transaction records, activation status and usage history.

No outcome guarantee

A refund is not available merely because a university, supervisor, similarity service or evaluator requires revisions or does not accept submitted work. Academic review remains independent of ThesiQ.
