Information we process

ThesiQ processes account details, project information, research drafts, anonymised datasets, payment-verification details and files that you intentionally upload.

Research data

Do not upload names, phone numbers, hospital numbers or other direct participant identifiers. You are responsible for consent, institutional permission and anonymisation before upload.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, save projects, provide structured content development and analysis, verify references, prepare exports, check similarity and administer subscriptions. Some requested features use automated and artificial-intelligence processing.

Third-party processors

Necessary information may be processed by hosting, authentication/database, artificial-intelligence and similarity-checking providers to deliver requested features. Payment-consent records may include the registered email, user ID, plan, transaction reference, policy acceptance flags, policy version and timestamp. Third-party providers' own terms and privacy policies also apply.

Security and retention

Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Project data is retained while the account or legal/business need remains active. Contact the administrator to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.
