Every generated section must be checked, edited and approved by the researcher and supervisor. Generated output is not evidence.

Genuine data only

Chapter IV findings may be prepared only from genuine, anonymised participant data. ThesiQ must not be used to create fabricated observations, p-values or outcomes.

References

Citations must be verified against the original publication using DOI, PMID or reliable bibliographic records. Missing evidence must remain marked until verified.

Similarity reports

A similarity score is a screening aid, not proof of originality. A 7% target may be monitored, but no fixed result is guaranteed. Review each matched source and quote, paraphrase and cite appropriately.

Institutional requirements

Ethics approval, informed consent, tool permissions, signatures and university formatting remain the researcher’s responsibility.
